The Tips 

1.We’re talking winter, so it’s about layers. Days can start and end super chilly and some days can just be chilly all day. Either way, mastering layering is the key.
2. Wear Pencil Skirts and a thin Jumper whilst being versatile with colors. Do not always choose black for everything. Use different colors that aren't very bright.
3. Depending where you work, you could wear boyfriend denim jeans with a white shirt or other casual shirt. But a blouse has to be added with black court shoes (low-heel).A low heel very much works to give you that “smart” balance you’re looking for – without feeling like your feet are being sacrificed for the sake of looking good on the job.
